Your reality and experience with life are fluid and evolve. If you are not connecting with the reading or the reader, please stop the reading within the first 10 minutes or less, otherwise, the full fee will be charged to compensate the reader for their time adequately.

If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please do so through the confirmation email sent immediately after booking your appointment.

You have 24 hours in advance of your appointment to cancel or reschedule. Refunds are subject to a 5% processing fee taken from the booking cost.
