I am Brooke December Watt.

My work lives at the intersection of intuitive intelligence and strategic advising, where soul and structure are no longer separate. I serve high-capacity individuals and conscious companies who are ready to lead from truth, not performance, and to build with integrity.

For over fifteen years, I led global brand strategy, product creation, and market expansion for Fortune 500 fashion and lifestyle organizations, including LVMH, VF Corporation, and New Balance. I built strategies for growth, shaped brands, and developed future leaders across cultures and continents.

Beneath the titles and launches, however, I was walking my own path of unmasking.

The most meaningful work of my life has been the return: releasing fragmentation, choosing integration, and learning how to lead without leaving myself behind. That process reshaped how I work, how I lead, and how I hold responsibility.

Today, I guide founders, creatives, executives, and visionaries through transformation. I support my clients in reconnecting to their inner authority and cultivating lives and legacies that are both strategically sound and spiritually grounded.

In 2019, I reached a personal and professional inflection point. After years of being a devoted student and recipient of healing and spiritual modalities, I recognized it was time to step fully into my own calling; not only as a seeker, but as a practitioner and guide. That decision marked the beginning of a deeper integration: folding every part of who I am into a coherent whole.

My intuitive gifts and inner knowing have been present since childhood; however, intuition alone is not enough to serve others with integrity. I chose to turn inward with discipline. Over the past seven years, I have committed myself to rigorous study, spiritual development, and embodied practice. I earned certifications, yes, but more importantly, I learned how to translate spiritual insight into grounded, real-world application.

This meant building life strategies, navigating complex human challenges, and developing the discernment required to hold others responsibly. This work was not about awakening; it was about embodiment. About earning the right to serve through consistency, humility, and lived experience.

At the core of my work is the Akashic Records, woven together with mentorship, sacred strategy, and storytelling. This work is not about fixing or optimizing; it is about remembering, and then leading from that place with clarity, peace, and power.
